Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Pape Dstrkt handles returns, exchanges, damaged items, incorrect orders, and refund requests made through the website.

1. All Sales Policy

All sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent. Because many streetwear releases are limited, Pape Dstrkt may not always be able to guarantee replacements for out-of-stock items.

2. Eligible Return or Refund Reasons

Refunds, exchanges, or store credit may be considered when one of the following applies:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order arrived damaged
  • Your item has a clear manufacturing defect
  • Your package was missing items that were included in your order confirmation

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or exchanges will generally not be approved for the following:

  • Incorrect size selected at checkout
  • Normal wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery
  • Minor color variation caused by screen settings or lighting
  • Requests made outside the approved claim window
  • Items returned without original condition requirements being met

4. Return Request Window

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact Pape Dstrkt within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this window may not be approved.

5. Condition Requirements

To be eligible for an approved return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase may also be required.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, refund, or store credit is appropriate.

7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be offered when inventory is available. If the requested replacement item is no longer in stock, Pape Dstrkt may offer store credit or a refund instead, at our discretion.

8. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by an error on our end, such as receiving the wrong item or receiving an item that arrived damaged or defective.

9. Refund Processing Time

Once an approved return or refund request is reviewed and accepted, refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

11. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, original shipping costs may not be refunded. Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
