Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Pape Dstrkt handles order processing, delivery timeframes, shipping confirmations, tracking, delays, and shipping-related issues.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page, during a release, or in a preorder notice. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

2. Shipping Time Estimates

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and the carrier handling the package. Estimated shipping windows are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays or peak seasons.

  • Standard domestic shipping: typically 3 to 7 business days after shipment
  • Extended or high-volume periods may require additional time
  • International delivery times may vary based on destination and customs

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email may be sent with tracking information if available. Tracking updates are generated by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after the label is created.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Pape Dstrkt is not responsible for delays, losses, or extra shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information submitted by the customer.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery is under the control of that shipping provider. Pape Dstrkt is not responsible for packages marked as delivered that are later lost or stolen. If your shipment is delayed or appears lost in transit, contact the carrier first and then reach out to us for additional support if needed.

6. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, contact Pape Dstrkt within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so the issue can be reviewed.

7. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on product availability, fulfillment timing, or packaging requirements. If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking updates.

8. Preorders and Special Releases

Preorder items, made-to-order items, or limited releases may have longer processing and delivery timeframes. Any special shipping expectations for those items should be considered part of the product listing or release details.

9. International Shipping

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their destination country. These charges are not included in the order total unless explicitly stated.

10. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless a promotion or free shipping offer is active. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our end.

11. Refused or Returned Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, original shipping fees may not be refunded. Additional shipping charges may apply if the package needs to be resent.
